- What is included in the price of your
crackers?
All our crackers come with a silver or gold hat,
snap and joke. Wedding crackers do not include hats
or jokes unless specifically asked for and will
incur additional costs.
- What sizes are your crackers?
The standard crackers are 32cm in length,
the mini crackers are 23cm in length.
- Can I order crackers with different designs?
Yes you can order 1 cracker
with one design and one cracker with another design.
Just click the buy button next to the crackers you
want to order.
- Can you send me samples?
Yes, please see our samples
page.
- Can you make me a non standard size cracker?
Yes. Just tell us the measurements and we'll try
to make it! Minimum order quantity may be applicable.
- I have an unusual colour in mind. Can
you help?
Yes. Let us know exactly what colour you require
and we'll ask our paper suppliers if they can match
it.
- Can you mix and match designs and decorations?
Yes. It is impossible to show every combination
of design for all crackers for all occasions. Just
let us know what you require!
- Can I add my own gifts to the crackers?
Yes. Just let us know when you complete your order.
We will leave one end of your cracker open with
instructions on how to seal it and will include
the relevant ribbon tie.
- Are gifts included when I buy crackers?
No. Gifts must be
purchased separately.
- What are your delivery times?
Assuming you are ordering stock items shown on our
web site:
1 to 10 crackers is 7 days. 10 to 50 crackers is
14 days. 50 - 100 is 4 weeks, 100+ is 6 weeks +
- What are your payment methods?
We use PayPal to
accept payments
online. You can call us 01984 656464 to place an
order over the phone using your debit or credit
card. We can also accept payment by cheque or bank
transfer. Just contact us for details.
