Ordering

Orders can be placed online by clicking on the buy button next to the item you want to order. We use PayPal to take payments by credit card online. We never see or store credit card numbers used when placing orders online via PayPal.

 

We can accept orders over the phone for those customers wishing to pay by credit card, debit card or cheque.

 

All orders must be paid for in full before we start to make your crackers.

 

 

We use Pay Pal's shopping cart system allowing you to mix and match crackers and gifts. To add items to your shopping basket just click on the buy button next to the items you wish to order and enter the quantity. You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the shopping trolley symbol which can be found at the top of all the pages within our web site. You can remove items from your shopping trolley at any time. Items in your shopping basket are saved until you complete the order.

 

Due to the nature of our business it is impossible to create all the variations of crackers and to offer them on our site. Therefore if you do not see any crackers that interest you or see crackers that you would prefer with a different design then please feel free to contact us with your requirements. We are confident we can match your requirements.

 

If you prefer not to order online via Pay Pal you can pay for your crackers and gifts by cheque, Postal order and bank transfer. All you need to do is send us an email or call us listing exactly what it is you wish to order. Once we have received your order we will send you an invoice. Once you are happy for us to proceed we will need payment to be made in full. Once payment is received your crackers will be made.

 

Please note all orders must be paid for in advance. Crackers will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
