Delivery

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £75 IN THE UK ONLY 

Our postage and packing fees are charged according to weight.  When you check out you will have three options for delivery of your order. In most cases Royal Mail will be the cheapest option, then there is a collect service for £4 per parcel (read more below) and finally a courier service with DHL. The minimum charge is £2.00 rising to a maximum of £7.00 for delivery to the UK mainland. European delivery is from £2.00 to £25, USA £2.00 to £55. You will be able to see the postage charges in your shopping basket once you have logged in. All our postage fees are based on published Royal Mail prices and courier prices where applicable. Included in the fees are the packing and packaging costs. We do not profit from postal charges!
 

DHL

DHL are our carrier once your order becomes too heavy for the Royal Mail. Your order will be delieverd within 48 hours of us notifying you that it is completed and ready for despatch. Someone will need to be in to sign for the parcels. If no one is in, another free attempt will be made the following day. A card will be left allowing you the option to arrange a delivery time or you can collect from the local DHL depot. This service is priced at £7.00.

All orders over £75 are not charged shipping and are sent via DHL by default.
