Orders

Orders can be placed online by entering the number of items you wish to order and clicking the 'add to basket' buttton. We use Moneybookers to take payments by credit card online. We never see or store credit card numbers used when placing orders online via Moneybookers. Moneybookers handle the transaction securely and safely and return you to our site once your payment has been made.  We can accept orders over the phone for those customers wishing to pay by credit card or UK debit card. You can print off an order form and post a cheque made payable to Classic Crackers. One final payment options is 'Payoffline'. This allows you to print off a barcode which you can take to any Post Office and make payment. We are automatically notified and your crackers will be made.

Our shopping software allows you to mix and match crackers and gifts. To add items to your shopping basket just click on the buy button next to the items you wish to order and enter the quantity. You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the shopping trolley symbol which can be found at the top of all the pages within our web site. You can change quantities and remove items from your shopping cart at any time. Items in your shopping cart are saved until you complete the order.

Due to the nature of our business it is impossible to create all the variations of crackers and to offer them on our site. Therefore if you do not see any crackers that interest you or see crackers that you would prefer with a different design then please feel free to contact us with your requirements. We are confident we can match your requirements. Crackers orders take between 5 and 14 days to complete depending on the quantity ordered and time of year. Occasionally we may have to extend this time and will notify you by email.
 

  Please note all orders must be paid for in advance. Crackers will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
