Change of mind: If you decide you have changed your mind about your order and wish to return it, you may do so on the provision you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt of your product, in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). The item must not have been used and must be in the condition it was received in. You will have 28 calendar days to return the item at your own expense, which once received, we will offer you a full refund via your original payment method.

 

Damaged Items: All deliveries must be checked at point of receipt, if you find your goods are damaged, you must refuse to sign delivery and inform us immediately. Goods must be returned in original packaging with accompanying documentation. Once goods have been received back in our warehouse you will receive a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method. If a product is accepted and signed for as being in perfect condition, we can in no way accept responsibility for the condition of any goods after this point. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are thoroughly checked upon receipt, before signing any delivery documentation. If goods are not inspected, then this is at customers’ own risk.

 

Faulty Items: If you find your goods are faulty upon arrival you have 28 calendar days from receipt to inform us of the problem. Goods should be returned in the original packaging with documentation. Once the fault has been verified, we will reimburse you the full amount paid plus any reasonable return delivery costs via your original payment method.
